Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays due to logistics or weather are beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us at hello@littletrotter.com
We want every Little Trotter box to bring joy and excitement to your home. However, if there’s an issue, here’s how we can help:
1. Damaged or Incomplete Items
If your product arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us at hello@littletrotter.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or send missing parts at no extra cost.
2. Incorrect Order
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll ensure the correct one reaches you quickly.
3. Returns
Due to the nature of our play-based kits (which contain multiple creative components and learning materials), we do not offer returns once a box is opened. However, unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error was ours.
4. Refunds
Refunds (for eligible returns or cancellations) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Plan Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly plan anytime before your next billing date. Once a box has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
